Very clean and convenient, with great staff. Their Somali restaurant is one of the best in East Africa. Thanks for the great service. I'll consider this hotel a home in Mombasa for me and my best friends.

The location is convenient, close to the CBD, and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The cleaning attendants do a very good job, and Ksh. 3500 for bed and breakfast is fair. But room service is poor. Food can take hours, and the waiters are slow or sometimes forget your order even when you're sitting in the restaurant. I stayed 6 days, and breakfast was the same every morning with very few choices. Both service and food variety need serious improvement.

It's right in central Bondeni, surrounded by mosques, bus companies, cargo companies, and more. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The restaurant could use a new interior, and breakfast needs more variety.
