That ocean view is the one nice thing. Once you’re back in the room, though, you just cry, literally. It’s run down, and both the inside and outside feel terrible. The living conditions seem unhealthy, the advertising is false, and they overcharge. Customer service and care are nowhere to be found. You have to keep chasing staff to get service when they should be coming to you. Even the payment system is strange. They don’t deliver what you pay for, and they don’t seem to understand hospitality at all. Not even worth one star. Stay away, it’s a waste of time and money. ARGH.

The staff were friendly and the hotel is right on the beach. But the rooms are basic for how expensive the accommodation is, and the food and drinks are overpriced and take ages to arrive. There was no security check at the gate, so anyone could walk in.

The location right by the ocean is awesome. The bathrooms were let down by stained sinks and toilets, and security seemed poor. There’s no swimming pool, and meals and drinks were overpriced.
