The last time I stayed here, about 2-1/2 years ago, it was a good place. Now it feels terrible and overpriced. Dust covered the floors so much that footprints showed clearly, and the noise and mosquitoes kept me from sleeping. The air conditioning and hot shower were broken, and the pool bar had shut down. Booking . com showed no availability, yet I was the only guest when I arrived. The owner needs to fire the manager quickly.

I used to like staying here, which made this visit especially frustrating. The breakfast arrived 30 minutes late, and the bed linen hadn't been changed by my second day. The rooms were built well, but the place has been neglected: paint is peeling, some lights don't work, and my toilet wouldn't flush. I hated staying here this time. Management needs to wake up.

I paid for bed and breakfast at Lambada holiday resort, checking in at 6 PM and planning to come back later that evening. When I returned, the hotel was closed, so I was stranded and had to find somewhere else to sleep. They refused to compensate me or deal with the problem, even though the promised service hadn't been provided. That showed no professionalism or care for guests. Very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The housekeeper was the best, but there was no hot water or TV. My stay began well, then the hotel said the payment for my hotels.com reservation hadn't reached them. They charged me again and said I'd get the first payment back, but I never did, so I ended up paying double. You can see the hotels.com receipt and the hotel receipt. The hotel receipt is cheaper because I didn't use a third party to pay for it.
