I really liked how we were treated, from the warm welcome through to the accommodation. The customer service was absolutely good. I’d recommend a visit when you’re in Murang'a.

The breakfast was good and served well, but the rooms and welcome need attention. The sheets were stained and torn, the mosquito nets were in poor condition, and the showers and toilets had no running water. The rooms weren’t clean, and the reception felt cold and unwelcoming. Management needs to improve the whole place. As of the start of 2019, the hotel’s standing was low and needed work if it was going to survive.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and well ventilated, with hot showers. The music and ambience are great, and the waiters are friendly and courteous. Service was good too.

The tree nursery next door, run by the forestry department, has a lovely view, with its canopy seeming to continue into the establishment. The place itself lives up to its name: green and quiet.

They have a wide selection of filling meals and all kinds of drinks. It’s a nice, exotic, luxurious restaurant with state of art services.
