Arbbor Hotel

The food was good, and the service was great. It’s also a kid-friendly place on weekends. The atmosphere is nearly relaxing, but a music system played nonstop. I don’t mind having music around, though I’d prefer something softer and more soothing during the day, when you’re trying to unwind.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and it’s a quiet place to rest during a trip or when you need somewhere private. There’s a pool and secure parking. Food is available to order, and breakfast was nice, though the chef only arrives at 7:30 a.m., so an early breakfast isn’t an option. My room was neat, with a TV and a sort of balcony. The toilet was clean, and the shower was great. Prices are Kes 2,500/- to 3,500/- depending on the room.

There’s a baby pool, and a lifeguard is there whenever you want to swim. The main pool was very clean and well maintained, and swimming there was a great experience. The food was delicious too, and there’s plenty of parking.

Orders need to arrive on time, especially food for children. Customer service should improve too. Staff, including the kitchen team, may need training in how to handle customers, and adding more waitresses could help prevent orders getting mixed up between tables.
