The people here deserve special thanks. My wife and I are especially grateful to Nevina for keeping our home clean and comfortable, and to the technicians, reception, office staff, security, management, housekeeping, and gym and pool teams. You’re what makes this place work. Wishing you continued success. Broadwalk really felt like home during our time in Nairobi. The whole space is thoughtfully and efficiently arranged, and the team genuinely cares about keeping guests comfortable, happy, and safe. Whenever an issue came up, it was resolved. It’s a great option for a short stay or longer-term living, and I can confidently recommend it.

The rooms are impressive, and everything is well maintained, with great service and top-quality customer care. There are rooms, restaurants, a gym, and a swimming pool. It’s a residence on Ojiji Road in Nairobi’s Parklands district, just a few meters from the Kenya National Museum. Getting to it is easy, whether you’re coming from the airport or heading to the CBD or Westlands. A place to check out if you’re looking for somewhere to stay.

The studio was clean and comfortable, with a great view and the basic things we needed for three nights. Frederick, Denis and Loise were especially polite and helpful. We enjoyed the heated pool in the afternoons, and the connection to Broadwalk mall made it easy to pick up groceries and a few souvenirs. We had an excellent stay at the Broadwalk residency.

It’s quiet and relaxing here, with a nice pool and a well-equipped gym. There’s a restaurant and bar on-site, and having the mall downstairs is really convenient. A calm, clean place to stay with great service.

Having the mall right there is so handy, with Naivas, restaurants, a food court, and an amusement center for younger kids. The apartment was modern, well done, and super clean. It worked really well for our family and short stay, with extra space, a good kitchen, and a washer-dryer combo. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
