The breakfast was included in my booking for December 20-22, 2023, but nobody told me when it was served. In the morning I was told breakfast time had ended. I asked if they could make an exception, but they wouldn't. I also had things go missing from my room. I left my earphones on the table and came back to find the foam covers gone. Some oranges I'd brought as a gift for a friend were also fewer. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The church across the street was loud enough that I could hear every word and song, even with the window shut. I had to leave it open because there was no air conditioning, and the mosquito net still let bugs in. There was no power overnight, so I couldn't charge anything. They had no change when I wanted to pay cash, and there were no extra services. There's no lift, and the older man bringing our bags upstairs struggled with just two. Whatever the rate, I wouldn't stay here. Sleeping in the church might be just as good.

The rooms were clean and good, and security was the best. Customer care was good too, with excellent service. Keep it up, CHOMBA HOTEL. I'll see you next time.

It's a nice spot to relax and enjoy yourself, as long as you don't mind the noise from outside.

I had a good stay. Security was good, the Wi-Fi worked, there was hot water, and breakfast was available.
