I stayed for 11days and was very happy with most of the staff and facilities. The room was fantastic, spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with regular housekeeping. The bed was comfortable too. My only room issue was that the shower temperature sometimes went up and down. A lot of the team were friendly and eager to help, and some remembered my name despite serving so many guests. Mr. Amit checked in on me from the first day during meals, made sure I had what I needed, and personally handled issues and orders. On day one, my omelette still hadn’t arrived after 35 mins because it had been forgotten. Mr. Amit noticed, checked with me several times, arranged to have it prepared, and apologized for the other staff. I really appreciated his service. Waitress Ms. Sure also deserves a mention. She was always smiling, made me feel comfortable, answered my questions, and was great to talk with. She balanced her work with a quick chat whenever she could, and helped create a welcoming atmosphere that made the stay more pleasant. The pool bar bartenders were friendly too. I didn’t catch their names, but they knew their drinks, made good suggestions, and served them promptly with well-balanced flavors. The airport was only a 5mins drive away, which was ideal since I was working there. The hotel’s regular shuttles made the commute even easier. Uber drivers often asked me to pay their airport toll gate entry fees, and Uber Eats couldn’t deliver all the way to the hotel because motorcycles aren’t allowed onto airport grounds. That was inconvenient, though neither issue was the hotel’s fault. Apart from those two things, the location worked well for me.

We felt very welcome and comfortable at Crowne Plaza Nairobi Airport Hotel while getting ready to leave on a photographic safari of the Masai Mara. This was our second stay, and the service was top notch throughout. Elvis took particular care to visit us during the stay and make sure everything was going well. Every team we encountered was friendly and eager to help, from the shuttle, front desk, porters, housekeeping, and gym staff to the restaurant and pool bar servers. We had everything we needed in our comfortable room, and housekeeping even checked in midday to see if we needed anything. The well equipped gym was busy, but had water and towels available, and staff cleaned the equipment after each person finished. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar in the mid-morning, at lunch, and in the evening. The view was lovely, the weather was wonderful, and the servers kept up with orders and checked on guests. The hotel is near the airport, but plane noise wasn’t a problem. Security was excellent, and the airport shuttles were prompt. It’s a great place to stay while waiting for our safari.

Mary at the spa took wonderful care of me during a relaxing, much-needed treatment. The whole Crowne Plaza team made things easy from the start: the reservations team and duty managers were helpful while coordinating everything, our airport driver was great, and Faith made check-in a lovely experience with her kindness and accommodating approach.

The staff were very friendly, the food was great, and my wife and I each had a fantastic massage at the spa. Mary and her colleague, Joyce (sorry if I got that name wrong!), were our therapists and did a wonderful job. The gym is a bit small, but it’s a hotel gym, and it had enough equipment for a good workout.

They’re comfortable and modern, with good lighting, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, and clear audio-visual equipment. Seating is arranged to leave enough room and privacy for discussion. The staff helping with meetings were attentive and quick to handle technical or service requests, keeping things running smoothly. It’s a focused, professional setting for conferences, workshops, and corporate events.
