The rooms are okay and always clean, though they’ve become dated over the years. My family and I have stayed here for years, and we don’t spend much time in the room anyway. This time, though, the bathroom bulb was faulty and the lights flashing are a migraine trigger for me. My migraines can be debilitating for hours, so I couldn’t use that bathroom. I explained this carefully to the staff, but they said, “well as long as you can see…we can’t change rooms..” My family and I left the money we’d paid and found another hotel. Nothing was worth getting a migraine over. This is the worst customer service I’ve had in a hotel, and I stay in hotels across all budgets often. I won’t be back.

The location is convenient, but the customer service was poor. The WiFi connection was weak, and the charging sockets are behind the headboard, so I had to go to the restaurant to charge my phone and work.

The staff were amazing, and service at the restaurant was great. The rooms are cozy and spacious, but the bathrooms have an old-fashioned layout with no separation between the toilet and shower. There’s a pub next door, so it’s genuinely noisy throughout the day and night.

The rooms are very clean and posh, and there’s an elevator. Service to guests is amazing, with polite, professional, helpful staff. The food is tasty too.

Not the best, but worth the money. It’s right in the middle of the city, so there’s some noise from nearby clubs. People are friendly, but breakfast wasn’t very good. There’s no coffee machine, so I couldn’t have my favorite coffee. I can recommend it for a stay sometime.
