I met Coach Elvis at the gym, and he was incredibly polite and helpful. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally courteous and always ready to help, and every meal I had was excellent. I spent four nights at the Dusit Princess Residences in Nairobi, where the rooms were beautifully maintained and very comfortable. The calm, quiet setting felt safe and cozy, a great place to unwind after a long day. The hotel turns two this June, congratulations, and keep up the excellent service. I highly recommend it and gladly give it five stars.

We had a blast at Karaoke night earlier this year, and the food and service were amazing. We stayed on the fourth floor, and the room was massive, with plenty of seating space. It was wheelchair accessible too. The sheer size stood out, and it was the first room I’d seen that came with a washing machine.

The waiting staff were ready to help whenever needed, without hovering awkwardly. Miss Shiph handled the reservation and gave us a warm welcome. The Olive is worth a visit for its great food and service, from the Gate right through to the restaurant.

Amos made the stay more comfortable and enjoyable with his positive energy, kindness, warm attitude, and attention to detail. He was always helpful and made sure everything was perfect. Housekeeping was excellent and very professional. I had a wonderful stay at Dusit Princess Nairobi, and I’m grateful for the great hospitality.

Gladys, Deborah, and Lance were courteous and welcoming to us and the other guests. Their hospitality added to the tasty meal we had. I also loved the small, thoughtful gesture of offering guests dates to break their fast. Thank you for the amazing service. We’ll definitely return for a full stay.
