Good morning, team Gracia gardens. Please return the money that was mistakenly sent to your account. I was paying school fees, but the payment didn't go to the school's account. You went ahead and used the money. My child was supposed to go to school on Tuesday and is still at home. Please return the funds to the account so the bank can reverse the payment back to me.

The rooms have been neglected, and some parts of the property are really run down. Staff seem stretched thin, and conference supplies like water and snacks are lacking. The gardens are still lovely and green, but that’s about all it has going for it now. It’s sad to see what Gracia Gardens has become, since places like this are rare in the city’s concrete jungle.

The garden setting makes this a nice choice for a date, a family meal, or a meeting or conference, and there’s a swimming pool too. They serve a good range of tasty local dishes at fair prices. Service is good, and I’d recommend it.

Tucked into the Kilimani suburbs, this place feels like a peaceful break from the city. The rooms are really spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great rates. Food and drinks are good, and the staff are very friendly.

The gardens are beautifully landscaped, and the whole place has a calm, almost Garden of Eden feel. It’s a lovely spot for an intimate party, with tasty food and some of the friendliest staff in Nairobi. I’ll be back.
