The outdoor pool looks amazing at night, and there's a fitness area too. I found the staff welcoming, professional, and accommodating. Breakfast was very good, the meeting spaces are comfortable, and it's easy to get into town. The gift shop has a nice selection, and its staff are wonderful as well.

Loved the place, 13/10 recommend. It's also great for meeting clients. Everyone was polite, respectful, and friendly. My first visit felt a bit overwhelming, but the staff were so helpful that I settled in quickly. The welcome at the gate was lovely too. Can't wait to try staying here, I'm sure I'll have a great time 🔥

The restaurants were amazing, in my opinion, with options for different tastes and dietary needs. Staff were well trained, happy to answer questions, and made us feel at home. Security is taken very seriously, which let me sleep soundly. They made the trip memorable.

I was visiting a friend, who invited me to a buffet lunch with some colleagues. There were four or five of us. A good band was playing outdoors by the pool, and there was face painting and a magician for the kids. The pool was there too, of course. Service was good, the decor was nice enough, and I enjoyed the experience.

We were there for a three-day conference, and the change in service was the first thing I noticed. The new management has really transformed it. Staff were professional, polite, and focused on customers, always going beyond what we asked. Keep it up!
