I booked the suite for three days, and it felt like money well spent. It had a bedroom, a partitioned living room, and two toilets, and everything was very nice. The mall opposite was convenient, and Village Market is about two kilometres away. After my overnight flight, an early check-in problem came up, but Nancy took charge and sorted it out better than I expected. Everyone I met was smiling and polite. Mary in the restaurant was another standout, she sent a team member to get oat milk for my morning coffees. The restaurant team were very good, and James, the security coordinator, was attentive and made me feel safe. I'll be back. Thank you, Nancy, for making the stay amazing.

The free birthday cake for my baby, and the staff singing her Happy Birthday, was the sweetest part of our stay 🤗🫶🏼. We loved Holiday Inn Nairobi Two Rivers Mall. It's right by the mall, the staff were really nice, the rooms clean and comfy, and the food was great. It made the stay extra special, and I'd definitely recommend it 🎂✨

I first stayed here when I arrived in Nairobi in November, then came back for Christmas. The Christmas Day brunch was wonderful, and the staff gave excellent service throughout. Joyrita and Milka were especially caring and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience. Everyone was respectful and looked after me well.

Still thinking about those pork chops, such a lovely way to start March 🥰. Milka and Joshua were quick and gave impeccable service, and I really appreciated Milka's patience with my daughter. The whole place was serene, comfortable, and squeaky clean, especially reassuring with children. It wasn't just the servers who made sure we were comfortable, management did too. Kudos to David and Ezekiel. I had such a lovely time at Holiday Inn. 10/10 👏🏾
