We really enjoyed the service, from being welcomed at Kilele Nyama by Hellen through to the meal. She was warm, funny, and cheerful, with excellent customer service. Kelvin served us at dinner, was polite, and made sure our orders arrived on time. We'll definitely come back.

The rooms were great, housekeeping did a good job, and the Nairobi views were lovely. I enjoyed my stay and the service was amazing. At Kilele Nyama, Derrick was an eloquent waiter with wonderful hospitality. Ask for him if you go. I'd recommend staying at Ibis Hotel.

We had a memorable little family staycation at Ibis Styles Nairobi Westlands, Friday through Sunday, with me, my husband, and our four-year-old. The team were kind and welcoming from the start, and made us feel at home. Our son especially loved the tuktuk ride, the play area, and the lively atmosphere. He was fascinated by the spontaneous birthday celebrations in the restaurant, with all the singing and clapping. There was plenty of dining variety between utamu Restaurant and Kilele Nyama. I'm vegetarian and found something delicious every day, the kids' meals worked well for our son, and my husband enjoyed trying the different options. Tamara, the marketer, kept checking in, and that personal touch meant a lot. Thanks as well to Fred at Utamu Restaurant for warm service, Kelvin at Kilele nyama for always being helpful and welcoming, Perpetual at Kilele Nyama for the hospitality, and the lovely tuktuk driver who made our son's day. The people made this stay special. We left relaxed and happy, loved every moment, and can't wait to come back.

I had a really pleasant stay at Ibis Styles. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere welcoming, and everything felt easy and enjoyable. Hellen, Eva, and Elena were warm and professional, always friendly and attentive. Chef Amos made delicious meals with a nice range of choices, so dining was something to look forward to. Leon and Alfred were also helpful, upbeat, and great with guests. Together, they made the experience memorable. I would gladly stay again and recommend it for the comfort, service, and genuinely welcoming team.

Had a lovely stay and really enjoyed it. The staff were welcoming and professional. Elinah was always at breakfast and ready to help, and Phillip was very professional there too. I also met Peter on the rooftop, where the service was good. Hellen's service was great as well.
