Karen Ndege House Inn

I'm really frustrated. We agreed with management that I could hold my wedding there, and I paid the deposit in December 2016. Just three weeks before the wedding, the director cancelled and refunded me. By then I'd printed invitations and the programme, got a marriage certificate from sheria house that takes four weeks to issue, and paid most of my vendors. Now I have to start over, change the wedding date, and pay for most things again. I can't trust this hotel for business. They're only a few months into the market, and treating customers this way won't get them far. The director was very arrogant.

It's a calm, tranquil apartment that feels like a stress reliever. Getting there is easy, and the service is marvellous.

Nice stay. The staff are friendly and get back to you in good time when you ask for something.

Dear Sarah, we've read your concerns and are sorry for the inconvenience. The director said the day is still available, and we could offer the grounds at Ndege Inn free for the church service, with the reception held elsewhere. It was difficult for us to accept outside food because food, beverages, and accommodation are our core business, while you wanted a different caterer to provide the service.
