Everything else was nice, and they'll give you whatever you ask for without hesitation. The location is easy to find, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The only downside was that shower water splashed out and overflowed.

Service late at night is below average.

The street vendors yell at the top of their lungs from 6am, and traffic noise goes on constantly. That's not the hotel's fault, but it's a good reason to avoid the location. The rooms themselves are a problem too: cockroaches, worn sheets, and a filthy bathroom. Seriously, the place isn't well maintained. Avoid at all costs.

The room was good, and the hotel has a lift so you don't have to take the stairs. One drawback is that WiFi is only available in the restaurant. Management should fix that, since guests won't all want to sit there just to browse.

Easy to reach by car since it’s close to Nairobi’s main roads. The rooms were very clean, and the Wi-Fi worked.
