They say old is gold. The rooms were clean, but I especially liked the deluxe room, which felt worth the money. The shower wasn't very hot, though it was manageable in Nairobi's weather. There were plenty of extras like soap, shampoo, and body lotion, but bring your own toothbrush since there's no dental kit. The food was amazing, with a great buffet variety on different days.

A nice spot to meet up and swim, with a great restaurant and delicious food. The washrooms by the pool weren't to my liking, though.

The pool stayed freezing cold the whole time, even after we were told the heat would come up and that I’d feel it once I got in. I’d checked with the resort before coming because I wanted to swim on a chilly afternoon. My brother tried it first and said it was cold, but I trusted what staff told me and got in anyway. After an hour, it was still too cold, so we left. We felt cheated, and the visit was a waste of money. It’s a good pool, but it wasn’t heated as they’d said.

The staff at the pool were rude, unprofessional, and showed no empathy. They wouldn’t offer a refund even when they’d made a mistake. With so many other good pools in Nairobi, this unpleasant experience just isn’t worth your time or business.
