The house itself was great, and the staff responded quickly, but dealing with the landlord was another matter. They kept 30% of my bond for no good reason, saying they needed to fix things like shower heads that were in perfect condition. It seems landlords in Kenya may receive the bond and then spend it, making them reluctant or slow to return it when you leave. Avoid this place, or use an escrow service when handing over the rental bond.

Our kids loved playing outside in the compound with the other children. It felt safe for families, the rooms were spacious, and the staff were great and very attentive.
