Clay City has a city feel, with well-finished interiors, fitted kitchens, and ensuite bedrooms. Outside, the well-manicured gardens give it an exquisite ambience. It sits in a fast-growing area right by Thika Superhighway, with easy access to excellent infrastructure networks.

I’m a driver who picks up kids, and I think this place is cool. The houses are the best. It’s in the Clay City area, near camp David, with a church around, and shops, food staff, and liquor all nearby.

The apartments look nice, but they’re very expensive. The balcony and master bedroom aren’t the best around, and the price is far above market value.
