The friendly, attentive staff made us feel welcome and well cared for, and the atmosphere at Kwetu Nairobi by Hilton suited anything from a business lunch to a family gathering or romantic dinner. The menu brings together local and international flavors, prepared with fresh ingredients. The dishes were creative and beautifully presented, as well as delicious. Kwetu Nairobi by Hilton is dedicated to quality and stands out as a fine dining choice in Nairobi.

For a private event, Kwetu Nairobi is a solid option, though lively groups may need to keep the volume down. Our private birthday party went smoothly, with a beautiful setup, warm, intimate atmosphere, and kind, attentive staff. The buffet was the highlight. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor, and the chicken Caesar salad was such a hit that people kept going back for more. You could tell the kitchen put effort into the menu. The drawback was that the party area is close to guests' rooms, so we were repeatedly asked to lower the volume, even though we'd booked the space until midnight. Birthdays come with music, laughter, and bursts of excitement, so that was tricky. Apart from that, everything was great.

The breakfast was especially good, and I loved having the pool to relax by. The bed was cosy and comfortable too. All the staff were fantastic and made our stay better, with a special mention for Arphaxad, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Great hotel, and I'd definitely stay again. Peace and an easy day for Mother’s Day were what I wanted, and staying at Kwetu was the best decision. It was money well spent again, a 10 out of 10 for everything. “Our place, Your Home” really does fit. Coming back for a staycation felt like coming home. Reception greeted me so warmly, and the personal message on the TV was thoughtful and beautiful. It brought me to tears. I loved reading and journaling with the healing view from my room. Dinner at Upepo was exceptional. Nancy was so kind and helpful, even taking pictures of me since I was on my own. I’d had a glass of champagne and was a little tipsy by the end, and she graciously helped me back to my room since I couldn’t carry both my things and the leftover dinner. Please thank her personally for me. The food was to die for, and the portion was generous. Nancy recommended a seafood meal, and I really enjoyed it. Breakfast at Meko was lovely too. Lydia served me again and made me feel loved and cared for. Please thank her for me. She’s truly the best, and the reason I came back. I’ll return again. I could keep going, but I’ll stop here.
