L'Aziz Suites

The adhan at 6am is loud, though brief. The suites are in a gated community with security, so I felt safe, and the area seems to be improving, with plenty of construction. Reception were very helpful, and the internet worked well and was specific to each suite. Larger suites are really spacious and clean, and reasonably priced. Beds are comfortable, there are kitchenettes, and the showers have strong pressure. Chef Logan is passionate about the food at the small restaurant. My favourite dish of the week was the red snapper. The associated driver, David, is good company, though his car isn't a luxury one. There’s a supermarket three minutes away on foot, along with KFC and Papa Johns.

The tenth-floor room was quiet and had a very comfortable bed. Floor-to-ceiling windows looked out towards City Park and Karura Forest, and there was even a small balcony. The bathroom worked well, and the apartment hotel felt modern and well equipped, with a roomy kitchen and lounge. A lovely young man named Polycarp was on reception around the clock. The small cafe-style restaurant offered a varied breakfast, and there was a little outdoor seating area by the secure parking. A cut above other hotels in this budget.

I felt safe with the security, and the rooms were quiet and spacious. The staff were amazing, and the food at Aziz café was great. A perfect stay at Aziz Suites.

We ended up adding two days to our time in Nairobi. Virginia, Logan, the Cleaning Staff, and both Security guards, thank you for everything. We definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
