The staff were fantastic, quick to help with anything, and they arranged a driver for us, which made arriving from abroad much easier. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order, with coffee and juice included. On two mornings when we left around 6:30, they packed coffee and fruit for us. The place itself is cute and tucked into the quiet Gigiri embassy area, right by the large US embassy. Village Market is close by, with shops, restaurants and a big grocery store. We also enjoyed walking in Kikura Forest Park Ave and stopping at Riverside Cafe there. A great stay.

Village Market mall is really close, and the meeting room works well for small meetings. What stood out most, though, was the staff. They made the place feel warm and welcoming and were terrific with their service.

Breakfast was a real treat, with fresh fruit, pastries and hot dishes made to order each morning. Everything was kept fresh and topped up, and there was a nice range to choose from. My room was clean, comfortable and well cared for, with thoughtful amenities. The hotel has a lovely balance of cozy and luxurious, and the warm, attentive service made the stay even better. I had a wonderful time at Light villas hotel and would happily return.

The place is beautiful and luxurious, but honestly the people and the food are what made the stay. Everyone was kind, generous, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The chef and kitchen team deserve a shoutout too, every meal was amazing. ❤️

John from marketing showed me around during a social visit. The hotel is well built, with modern furnishings and a comfortable, inviting feel. Guest rooms are high quality, the washrooms were very clean, and there’s a nice gym. I also saw a lovely VIP room with a servant suite opposite. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff were polite with top notch service. Light Villas is close to The US and kenya police point, which made it feel safe and secure. I’d recommend it to international visitors coming to Kenya for work or a holiday. Thanks to the management and staff for the warm welcome. Mike Chant British citizen
