I’m a current tenant, and I’d tell people to look elsewhere for their money. The apartments are falling apart, with water leaks, faulty taps, doors and electrical problems. The underground parking floods, and there’s no real security, people come and go as they please. The management is awful, and I’ve never met a nastier caretaker. While I was showering, the shower head they’d installed caught fire and sparked. I nearly got electrocuted.

The underground parking floods regularly, and the lift only works now and then. Power cuts happen constantly because some units don’t have their own Kplc token metres. Water can suddenly disappear without warning, and management may disconnect utilities if their records haven’t been updated, even when the bill has been paid. Getting a deposit back is another problem. Even after a month’s notice, they send you in circles instead of refunding it. Management has changed several times, and each new team has been worse than the one before. Stay here at your own risk.

I nearly moved in, but the house hadn’t been repaired for more than two months. That made me realize the negative reviews were true. Management really needs to deal with tenants’ issues.

Leaking pipes led to mold, and there were frequent power cuts. I told management, but they did nothing. They also never returned my security deposit. It was a miserable, stressful experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I’d give half a star if I could.

The building’s electrical system is unreliable. One side can lose power, or different apartments can go dark for hours for no clear reason. The Upper Hill team’s records are a mess too, they can’t keep straight which homes have paid rent.
