This is a great place for families with kids. There’s a large playground outside and another big one indoors, open from 9 am to 5 pm. Both kids and adults can use the swimming pool, and the gym has a full range of training equipment.

My children are having a great time here, especially with the open garden and all the other kid-friendly spaces. It’s a wonderful place to see in Nairobi these days, and you don’t often find somewhere like it. The gym is maintained to a high standard, and for me, living in the apartment has been a perfect experience.

There’s a pool and a well-equipped gym, plus plenty of parking for residents and really good security. The apartments are spacious and well built, and the location is a prime one, within walking distance of Junction Mall and Lavington. The road outside is busy, but Ubers and bikes are easy to find.

Stylish, secure, and good for families. There’s a gym, lifts, lots of parking, a play area for kids, and balconies with lovely views.

For almost a year I rented 804D and never once thought about finding another place. The owner was responsive and attentive, and always gave excellent service. It’s been my best living experience anywhere in Africa so far. Thanks again, and wishing everyone the best!
