Mirema Hotel

Even though it’s in a busy location, the atmosphere is calm and serene. There are nice rooms, a conference room, and a garden for meetups. It suits you if you want somewhere peaceful without leaving the area’s life and buzz.

Quiet and peaceful, and a nice cozy place.

A pleasant spot to unwind and enjoy a meal at an affordable price.

The compound is beautiful, but the staff made our last visit disappointing. The receptionists were very rude, especially a slim woman we encountered with another receptionist during a shift change. They had bad attitudes and kept talking back and forth in Kikuyu when we asked about room standards. The room attendants shouted and laughed loudly between floors, disturbing people resting in their rooms. Asking them to keep it down usually didn’t help; they’d burst out laughing after we turned to leave. I wouldn’t recommend staying more than one night. Management needs to train the staff in customer service and how to treat guests. We had paid for two nights and couldn’t get a refund, otherwise we would have found somewhere else.
