Prideinn Azure Hotel Nairobi - 4

The restaurant serves a good range of dishes, and there's a gym, swimming, and room service available. My room was fantastic and spacious, particularly handy on a business trip. The atmosphere was great for the money, and the place is well designed, organized, and managed.

Lilian Chebet really stood out during our meals at the two-day conference. She was friendly, professional, and attentive to the details, and went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed throughout the event. Her dedication and customer service made a real difference to our experience. A five-star employee. It was a pleasure to host the conference at your hotel.

The soup, salads, and desserts were good, but the buffet lunch today was bland and not tasty. The chicken, fish, and creamed spinach were especially disappointing. Please check the marinades for the chicken, beef, and fish. Kind regards.

The hotel restaurant's dinner and drinks were great, and breakfast was very good, with a huge selection from the bakery and a mix of local and Western food. The rooms are nice and big, and customer service was really good. There are loads of restaurants nearby, including 270 rooftop, peppertree, artcaffe, kilele nyama, as well as Sarit centre and the Westgate area. It's all walkable, but the hotel isn't on a busy road. The pool looked nice, though I didn't use it, and the gym was a good size. The AC was strong. My handheld shower head could've had better pressure, though it improved after a few days. The bathroom needs shower hooks. A robe and slippers were provided.
