The boardroom was comfortable, well arranged, and set up nicely for a productive meeting. The tea snacks were fresh, tasty, and presented well, and everyone enjoyed them. The whole space felt organized and welcoming. Hillary made a great impression from the start with his warm smile and calm, professional manner. He explained the menu, offered useful suggestions, and patiently answered our questions. He stayed attentive without hovering, checked in at the right times, and kept everything running smoothly. Even when things got busy, he was composed, courteous, and efficient. Good refreshments, a well-kept room, and Hillary’s thoughtful service made the visit smooth and memorable. He’s a real asset, and I’d recommend the service and facilities. Thanks, Hillary, for making our time there so enjoyable. I’ll definitely return.

The room had a good view, but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. I found the bathroom below standard, and the furniture awkward to use. Someone clumsy like me could easily get hurt on it. I stayed a week with bed and breakfast. The breakfast was bland and often stale, and I thought other hotels had much better food despite this being Nairobi’s costliest hotel. I often wanted to skip it and eat outside. They charge for room breakfast service, too. The minibar isn’t free, and even simple peanuts cost more than 500 KES. It felt like they try to squeeze every penny out of you. The security checks were a huge waste of time. I had to go out frequently for work, and each time I returned to the hotel premises, both the driver and I had to get out of the car with my backpack for scanning. Then we got back in just to drive another 30 metres. Why not put the machine at the entrance door instead of the gates? That was ridiculous every time. Their unnecessary security checking is the only reason anyone would want to bomb this hotel!

From the minute I arrived, Pravin, Lesley, Wycliffe, and Judith were warm, kind, and welcoming. Pravin in particular gave us a friendly, professional reception. They clearly know their products and services and take pride in their work. The whole team delivered top-tier hospitality. Keep it up.

Salad was a phenomenal waiter, attentive, energetic, and careful with the details. He made sure we had what we needed before we even asked, and served us with professionalism and real care. Mary, the hostess, was warm and genuinely kind from the moment we arrived. She made us feel at home and was especially wonderful with the kids, which meant a lot to us. Together, their service made the experience at this property unforgettable. The hospitality is reason enough to come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
