The conference hall is a great option for training in the CBD, and the price is affordable. The conferencing, meals, and accommodation service were excellent. Keep it up.

I followed Dee Mwango on Youtube and heard about the terrible experience she had as a guest at your hotel. Her phone went missing, and when she called it, someone on your staff answered. Senior management said they would investigate, but she tried five separate times to meet with the CEO and pass on what had happened. They kept avoiding her until she left Nairobi. Given the detailed videos documenting what I see as dishonest behavior by the hotel's leadership, I consider this deeply unprofessional and unethical. I would never recommend anyone stay there.
