Samurai Suites

The receptionists were the only good part of my stay. I was there for two weeks, and the room was cleaned only twice. I had to ask whether anyone would clean it, and after the second cleaning the bedding still hadn't been changed. The towels weren't replaced either, and the sheets had dirty spots. The bin was emptied just once in those two weeks. On weekends, club noise made it impossible to sleep. It was a nightmare. My booking on booking.com was cancelled even though I checked in early the next morning and had sent a message to confirm I would arrive then. When I asked about the cancellation, I was lied to, and it caused me serious trouble at work. So many things here were simply wrong. I definitely wouldn't stay for long.
