We had a lovely group hangout here, and the monthly meal and drink offer kept it affordable for people on a budget. I’d like to stay here too, so I can experience the place more fully.

The staff were all polite and helpful during my great stay at Hotel Boulevard. Saul went especially far to deliver excellent customer service. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

There’s plenty of seating for relaxed hangouts or casual meetings, and the menu prices are accessible. The refresh looks better than before, and the effort deserves credit. Still, the experience feels functional rather than distinctive, without much warmth or a memorable identity. It’s not bad, just not compelling yet. More attention to the ambience, lively service, or signature details could bring it from a 3 to a strong 4.

I love the renovations and the new developments. The setting is serene, right beside the museums of Kenya, and the swimming pool is amazing. 😍

The soundproofing worked well, so I got a full night’s sleep. My room was spotless, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and professional from check-in. I had a fantastic stay.
