We booked and paid yesterday, Tuesday 26th May, for accommodation starting today, Wednesday 27th. But when we arrived as agreed, we were told the room had already been given to someone else. Someone must have lied to us and sold it to the highest bidder. I'm very disappointed, and the service feels completely unreliable. I can't recommend these apartments to anyone.

The apartment was spacious and clean, in a quiet, secure area, and management was professional and easy to deal with. I stayed in an unfurnished unit at Spad House Apartments and had a great experience. Shiku was helpful throughout, and thanks to the landlord for the good modern design. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a reliable, well-kept place to stay.

We stayed with our family for three weeks and were really happy with the privacy and the overall experience. Shiku, our host, was helpful throughout and made sure the stay went well. The one issue was Netflix. From the day we checked in, we asked for help so we could use our own account, since there was no viewing option, but nothing was fixed. Please add an option for residents to use it during their stay. Apart from that, we were very happy 😊.
