The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food was incredible. Anne welcomed us with great recommendations and made us feel at home. Everyone was helpful and smiling, from the reception team and the women greeting us at breakfast each morning to the security staff. The service was superb, and I really hope to come back.

I can recommend Kempinski anytime. My stay was well worth it, with excellent, professional room service and a warm, professional team. Special mention to Stephanie, Christine M, Antony, Gab, and Mukami. Chefs Eucabeth and Janet were amazing too. Their service was on point, and I'd love another of the top-tier omelets they made.

Mercy Mutheu served us with real kindness, friendliness, and professionalism. I was in Nairobi during Ramadan and came to try the Iftar Buffet. The food was good, with lots of variety, and the atmosphere felt warm and pleasant. I recommend this lovely restaurant.

The breakfast was fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and had a good variety. We especially liked how fresh the natural fruits were. Charity and the rest of the breakfast service team were consistently attentive and friendly, and Charity deserves special mention for her warm hospitality. From our arrival, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable and met our expectations. We had a very enjoyable stay from beginning to end, and would gladly recommend the hotel.
