Maureen and sam, thank you. You're professional, and the customer care is a notch higher. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms, swimming pool, gym, and compound were all very clean. Five stars for the excellent, clean environment.

The place is a little outdated but still works well, and you can buy large water bottles for the water cooler. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the clean, surprisingly spacious place and nice pool area. It's well located, close enough to walk to Westlands during the day. The staff were really friendly and helped us with our onward journey. A great place to stay in Nairobi, recommended!

The place was clean, but the noise from the neighbours was a real problem. There's no noise policy at all, and people party and blast music until the early hours without management doing anything. If you're after somewhere quiet to rest, forget it.

The staff have been amazing during the time we've been here, but the nights have made it hard to cope. Lights around the compound are so bright they feel like disco lights, and the curtains let plenty of it into the room, making decent sleep nearly impossible unless you're drunk. On Fridays and Saturdays, loud singing and shouting from the back goes on from 6pm to 11pm. It's been a nightmare. If you're booking, know that's what you're in for.
