Absolutely awful. They charged us extra for taking photos in the room we’d paid for, and only mentioned the fee after they saw us taking them. I’m never going back. 👎🏽

It’s a nice spot for a sunny afternoon by the pool. The hotel charges KES 300 per person, which is very affordable, and the pool is well maintained. There’s a sitting area where you can eat while swimming. The changing rooms need some work and an upgrade.

The restaurant is expensive for the poor quality, and hygiene and customer service are both bad. One of the worst places you could ever live.

After a two-hour wait with no service, we changed our order to fries. Those took another hour and a half to arrive. The food looked nice, though I didn't get to try it. This place feels too large to run efficiently, and the chaos can leave you frustrated, especially on a busy day.

We went with my kids about a year ago, and it was handy since the place is close to home. The welcome was excellent, and the chicken was so tasty. We ordered kienyeji and chips masala, waited about an hour, and the food was ready. The kids swam until late, and we all had a really good day. We're planning to go back.
