The rooms are good, and the venue is nicely arranged for conferences and garden events. But the service was poor, with staff not attentive to customer needs. Since we'd paid for full board, we expected food portions that met the standard we had in mind, and they didn't.

People nearby have complained about the noise, but nothing has changed. Weddings and graduations with speakers happen right at residents' front doors, and I feel for the people living there. I have nothing against the guests, but this is a residential neighborhood and the situation is unacceptable. Please don't support this place. Something needs to be done.

I've never had a host feel so cold and mean. Management treated a client with a terrible attitude, and I'm putting that mildly. They weren't accommodating when things came up during a big event, which is part of hosting one. The cooks either have poor culinary skills or couldn't handle an event of that size. Such a disappointing experience.

The setting was so serene, and the host was very good. I went to see the place today and was blown away by the decor and atmosphere. It felt like luxury done perfectly. I'll definitely hold an event here soon.

The food is so good, and the service has stayed consistently high whether I've been there with a smaller group or, yesterday, at a large event. The Bedelle is a lovely private spot for events by day or night, and they always pay attention to the details. Make a reservation. I highly recommend this boutique hotel.
