I wish I could give this a zero, but one is the lowest rating available. The service was exceptionally poor, the surroundings weren't well maintained, and the host was very rude to customers. This was by far the worst hospitality experience I've ever had.

The owner was arrogant and rude, and the poor communication made an already miserable stay worse. People have budgets, so don't charge extra costs in a way that feels like stealing. Be professional and keep the attitude to yourself. This camp isn't for anyone who wants to be happy with where they live. Grow up in business.

We were told we had to wash the utensils before leaving, but were also told breakfast was included when it wasn't. Then we had to pay 2k for "washing utensils." The owner was rude and arrogant. I'll NEVER visit again. Be warned.

This was the worst experience I've had. The owner was extremely rude, belittled and insulted customers, and showed no customer service. She was also greedy and refused to refund my money after I canceled.
