The spa was a highlight for us, with great massages, and we enjoyed the food at the restaurant as well. We stayed at Trisan resident Hotel between safaris and trips around the country, at both the start and end of our travels. Since our flight home was at midnight, the kind staff even arranged for us to shower after checkout. We had a warm, lovely stay and would happily return.

The food was a real standout, especially the Indian dishes from the chef, some of the best I've had. The restaurant and yard are lovely for a relaxed evening, and the hotel feels like a quiet little refuge in the middle of Nairobi's busy streets. My room had beautiful decor with Kenyan colors, and everyone was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The gym and reliable WiFi also worked well for video calls and livestreams.

We were right in the Kilimani area, but it still felt calm and spacious. Our room had plenty of space and the decor was chic. I really enjoyed the spa, and Ruth gave such a good massage that I fell asleep straight afterwards. The staff were all friendly. I'd love to stay again.

A green, fresh-air break in the middle of the city. The rooms are beautiful with an African theme, the food is amazing, and the chef and other workers are so kind and friendly. Everything about the place impressed me. I'd come back, and definitely recommend it.
