It's in a convenient part of Nairobi, and the staff are warm, friendly, and very helpful. The suites feel both luxurious and homely, and the secure setting makes it a good choice for families. You can also use the restaurant without staying there, which is a plus.

The surroundings are nice, and the place is great with very large rooms. We were meant to stay here, but only then were told the pool was out of service. They hadn't mentioned it over the phone, and that was the main reason we wanted to come with the kids. The sauna wasn't working either. Still, it's a good place.

My room was awesome, and the bed was magical. Everything was great apart from the hot tub in the penthouse ufuoni: the water was dirty, with tiny red worms in it, and the foam jets were very loose.

Rainwater leaked through the roof into the bathroom. The pent house was a terrible stay, too: the water heater didn't work, and after every attempt to repair it failed, we ended up taking cold showers.

There's a gym, sauna, swimming pool, laundry service, and other amenities. The grounds have well-kept landscaped areas, lots of greenery, and trees. A nice place to be.
