West Heights

On my four-night official trip, I loved staying here. The views deserve 500/5, and both security and location get 5/5. With Marriott, cafes and restaurants nearby, it’s one of the best places to stay. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking in Westlands.

The location was the one good thing about this property. The apartment stayed dusty for our whole visit, even after we repeatedly asked housekeeping to clean the floors. The bedding and pillows weren't good either, and the service throughout was very poor. We came for a relaxing holiday, but the whole stay was stressful. I sincerely hated it, and probably won't come back. We arrived around 10:30 p.m. with tired children after traveling, only to find out room service had stopped at 9:00 p.m. Going out wasn't an option, so we ordered food from outside, which didn't arrive until after midnight. Staff wouldn't help bring it up, saying it was against policy. For serviced suites, we'd expected hotel-style comfort and support, especially arriving so late. When we raised problems, staff showed little interest in helping and often ignored our requests. The worst part was having to carry heavy bags and packages ourselves while staff watched.

The way to the restaurant was confusing, and there were no signs, so I got lost once 😂😂. The location takes some figuring out. Still, I'd go back, no lie. I didn't stay overnight, but the photos my friend showed me made the rooms look exquisite. These guys really shine on SERVICE, it was 😘 🤌🏾 ❤️ SPLENDID.

On Saturday night, club music came right into our bedroom on the 27th floor, loud enough that we could dance to it instead of sleep. The windows block ZERO sound. We had a terrible night, and wouldn't recommend staying here if you need to sleep.
