It’s near the highway and a supermarket, and only a few minutes’ drive from the CBD. The setting is lovely, and it seems like a nice place to live. There are apartments, secure premises, plenty of parking, and play areas for both children and adults.

The environment is friendly, and Pride Inn provides great service and help. The place is organized, though if no one is there to guide you, you might get lost.

Right by Waiyaki Way, so getting there is easy. It’s guarded day and night, with CCTV and other security measures. Each apartment has parking for two vehicles, and visitors can usually find a spot since not all spaces are occupied at once. There’s also a safe kids’ playground and a swimming pool for everyone, plus a clubhouse and convention room for indoor events.
