Symphony Hotel

I arrived expecting the booking I had made in advance, only to find the reservation had been cancelled without anyone telling us. We were left without a place to stay and had to scramble for last-minute alternatives. Failing to notify us was discourteous and reflects badly on the hotel's customer service. We also asked for the manager, but they didn't show up. The whole experience showed a lack of communication and professionalism.

The staff were friendly and professional, and the price is more than fair for what you get. My room was very clean and had towels, tissue, shower gel, a kettle and tea and coffee supplies. There was no fridge for storing perishables, and no shampoo or shower caps, so bring your own if you need them.

The rooms are very clean, with ample parking, Wi-Fi and a large-screen TV. It's right by the road and close to a mall, and the rates are fairly affordable, though remember to negotiate. In the morning, the shower water might not get as hot as you'd like. Breakfast portions felt a bit mean, and I've had a warmer welcome from staff at other hotels. On average, it was a good stay.

It's a convenient stopover, right across from Buffalo Mall and easy to get to. I enjoyed my stay, and the staff were the best 👌. The hotel is great 😀.
