The hot water in most rooms is awful, far too hot, and the stainless steel soap dishes in the bathrooms are a serious hazard. I nearly lost a finger. There’s no safety in the rooms: my laptop was stolen, and I suspect the reception attendant.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the workers are enthusiastic about their jobs. Gitau and Ephantus are great lads.

I’m a regular here and spent three nights in room 51 while in town on business. I was very disappointed that my towel wasn’t changed. They just hung up the same one I’d already used.
