The service was lovely, and I really enjoyed the food. I had a great time and would gladly come back.

The TVs were a problem too, with some out of service or so old they didn't work. The power was unreliable, and if you accidentally slammed a door it would cut out. The shower hose gave me an electric shock. I also got food poisoning during my stay and had to be checked out in Nairobi. Just a terrible experience. Save yourself the trouble and don't go.

I had a great stay and plan to return. The location is good, security is solid, and the food and drinks were tasty. Staff were courteous and responded quickly. The grounds are kept up well, though the pool area could use attention. There were houseflies in the dining room now and then, and I couldn't tell where they came from, so fly traps might help. WiFi coverage and signal strength are limited.
