The ambience is nice, but the food was bad. The steak was tough and had no seasoning. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The rice was tasty, but the goat meat we ordered was so tough that we ended up packing it and going out to give it away. The food also took a very long time.

After a busy day, the outdoor pool and garden were a peaceful place to unwind. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a lovely city view, a cozy bed, fresh linen, and daily housekeeping. The breakfast buffet had a good range, and the food was tasty overall. Merica Hotel is centrally located, so it was easy to explore Nakuru town and nearby attractions. From arrival onward, the staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.
