The garden is nicely manicured and the ambience is pleasant, but the facility seems underused and the owner should make better use of it. The food was substandard for a hotel of this class, and the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. The staff were way below average, and the owner needs to put more into training them. I wouldn't book this place with a family. Mtateseka tu na watoto. Avoid it if you can. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The grounds are well kept, the rooms decent, and the location beautiful. But for this level of service, the price is seriously too high. Staff seemed inexperienced, untrained, and generally inept. Getting food may be a problem: room service can take two hours or longer, and you may still have to go to the kitchen yourself to get things moving. Staff don't communicate with each other, and the place is poorly managed. It needs a decent owner. I wouldn't recommend it.

I like coming here with my daughter since it’s near home, and the swimming is good. The waiters have always been respectful. But the receptionist, the brown lady, was rude and charged me 400 instead of 200 because she said my daughter looked over 10. She even served other people who came after us while we were waiting. It felt completely disrespectful to be ignored. Kids can look older or younger, so you can’t judge their age by their face or height.
