The Legacy Hotel & Conference Centre feels calm and comfortable despite its busy surroundings. The rooms are spacious, clean, and reasonably equipped, and the fitness centre, conference halls, free parking, and lift add to the convenience. Its Maralal Road location works well for business trips and sightseeing, with nature still close by. Staff were helpful throughout. They could assist with room requests, nearby sights, or dietary needs, and the restaurant team served guests courteously, including for special requests and event setups. At reception, the welcome felt warm and genuine. Staff greeted guests, helped with luggage, explained options, and made sure people felt at ease. The front desk gave a sense of personal care, not just a check-in.

After spending some time in Kigali, my daughter and I came here for lunch because we wanted Kenyan food. Everything was wonderful, and the staff were so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Special thanks to Pauline for making the visit even better ❤️

Mr Malcom Nyariyamo went out of his way to sort things out, and he’s a good addition to Legacy. Ms Pauline is also consistently smiling, which matters in the service industry. The staff are good, though they need senior personnel around, especially in the evening. When a client is holding a conference, having no one from accounts present can make things difficult for staff. Could a senior person look into this and provide ongoing training for the whole team? It’s a must in this industry.

They made my birthday at check-in really memorable by preparing a lovely cake ahead of time. Even though I arrived very late and the restaurant was empty, everyone treated me warmly. The restaurant waiters and all the other staff were friendly and professional. I'll always remember their effort and feel grateful.
