The food is consistently good for both taste and portion size. Outside, the terrace could use more seating so guests can enjoy the lake view. In the left wing, the chairs are large and opaque, and people sitting with their backs to the lake have to angle them, which leaves them with a very limited view. The washrooms could also do with more lighting.

From the welcome at check-in onward, the staff were friendly and attentive, and they handled my needs promptly. They offered helpful recommendations and were always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism made the stay a pleasure, and I'd gladly come back for their hospitality.

Easy enough to get to, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The kitchen serves tasty food. Seems like a nice hotel for a break while traveling.

The rooms looked nice, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a good range of buffet options, and the staff were kind and quick with their service.

I went for a luncheon. The lake view was breathtaking, though the food was just okay.
