I gave the place a chance despite the bad reviews, hoping things had improved, but it was awful. The rooms are tiny, the sheets were dirty, and the tap water smelled and looked unclean. Staff told a lot of lies, and you could easily wake up with bedbug bites. Taking my family and kids there felt embarrassing, like I’d brought them to a cheap brothel. There’s also a good chance of seeing an angry guest at reception asking for a refund.

In room 101, the shower head was brown and sent water into the toilet, so how was I meant to shower? Water from both the sink and shower was dirty. The room itself was filthy, with bloodstains on the duvet and sheets. It was cramped enough to bring on a claustrophobic attack, and the sink faced the bed with only a curtain between the bedroom and bathroom. The worst place I’ve slept.

During our three-day stay, they never cleaned the room or changed the bedding. It was very dirty, and the staff weren’t welcoming. My pregnant wife and I also had to deal with smoke filling the whole apartment whenever they cooked. I didn’t like staying there.

Great spot to unwind with family or friends. The service is the best.

The room was dirty, the bedding was dirty, and the toilet smelled. The receptionist was rude, and there was no food available to buy in the kitchen. What they show in the online pictures is a complete lie.
