We only wanted a clear breakdown of the charges so we could see what we were paying for. The owner got very rude and started shouting at us over the phone instead of explaining. She said if we couldn't afford the place, we should just say so, which was untrue and completely unnecessary. We never said we couldn't pay, we were asking for transparency. Respectful communication and professional service matter, and we got neither here. I wouldn't recommend staying.
It was quiet and peaceful, with roomy rooms and lots of parking. The parking area also felt safe.
The apartments are away from the noise of town, in a good location, and the villas are affordable. The rooms were nicely furnished with what you need to cook indoors, and both the reception and rooms were very nice.
The service was cold and rude, so I wouldn't recommend it. The house itself was clean and neat, and the area was quiet and peaceful. But it looked much better from a distance than it was inside: the furnishings were poor, the shower water wasn't running, and the kitchen had no soap or scouring pad. We had to ask repeatedly before they brought some. The balcony rail is also very low if you have children.
The apartments are in a lovely setting and are fairly well done, and the staff were superb. The owner, though, was arrogant, bossy, rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She didn't respond to complaints or issues during the stay. I won't go back or recommend it to anyone unless they're willing to spend their holiday or business trip dealing with that. If that doesn't bother you, go ahead.
