Kirimara Springs Hotel

It's a quiet, nice spot for coffee or lunch with a friend or a date, where you can talk comfortably. The customer service wasn't good, though, and management should improve the backup generator. The lights went out and we had to eat using our flashlights 😄

The conference rooms are comfortable and private, and the sighting is exquisite. There's inspiring artwork being painted at the place, too. Service is excellent, and the staff are kind. If you complain about something, they're willing to change the order and remove it from your bill.

I liked the reliable Wi-Fi and the food, which was prepared after I ordered. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and parking was ample and secure for an overnight stop. It's easy to reach from the Nanyuki main road, which made it convenient before continuing my journey the following day. Great value for my money. I didn't find out whether Kirimara Springs sells alcoholic drinks, since I only had tea during my brief stay.

Nightmare. I had to pay for a room for two people even though I was only going to the restaurant and planned to spend the night alone. The rooms were dirty, service was poor, and it was expensive for nothing. Please look for another option.
